Classes & Teachers
In the Yoga classes Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Anusara Yoga are taught. We do not distinguish between Yoga classes for advanced students and Yoga classes for beginners. Anyone can participate in any Yoga class.
(*** note: but there is one special class aimed at beginners: Dynamic Hatha with Teresa on Wednesdays)
Katrin began practicing Yoga in the year 2000 and started teaching in 2003. She especially loves the holistic approach of Yoga: the intensive body-work, breathing, deep relaxation and meditation as well the yogic diet and philosophy.
In her Yoga classes, she focuses on carrying out the postures precisely and in a conscious way. This leads to a better understanding of your own individual body and mind. You start to achieve a higher level of awareness, something that you can slowly bring into your everyday life.
Each Yoga class is a balance of an activating, strengthening part and enough time to relax and wind down. With the use of props, everyone practices at their own level and pace.Read more
Katrin is the founder of the A-FRAME Yoga House as well as the A-Frame Surf & Yoga Camp and is in charge of the organizational side. At the moment, she teaches the A-FRAME Yoga Retreat, which takes place once a month.
‘If you enjoy getting fit and and love dancing you´ll have fun joining Zoomba’
As a former professional dancer and Zoomba teacher Angela decided to make a fusion of aerobic, workout and different dances to create her own style.
With more than 10 years of experience teaching, Kiki is passionate about classical Pilates and teaches the method in a very personal way.
Her classes with small groups make you feel that you are progressing rapidly and feeling the benefit of this workout to the fullest.
The Yin Yoga class is a space to take a break from everyday life and to reconnect with oneself through asanas, breathing exercises and relaxation.
During the Yoga class the connective tissue and the fascia are opened in long-held stretching positions. Through the quiet character of the Yin Yoga class, the Parasymphatikus (relaxation nerve) is activated, which leads to a deep inner relaxation of body and mind. Yin Yoga is the perfect Yoga style for beginners. Find out more about Jana here: ayurvedista.com

Teaching Anusara Yoga with the Universal Principles of Alignment™:
The Universal Principles of Alignment (the UPA’s), a key part of all Anusara Yoga classes, help to deepen understanding and application of kinesiology and biomechanics and offer a powerful, simple and elegant way to weave metaphor and poetry into our embodied practice of Yoga.
The benefits of a regular Anusara practice:
When you practice with an intention and intelligent awareness of the body and mind, the groundwork is laid down to structurally shift and improve. A regular Anusara yoga practice makes the body stronger and more flexible, heals injuries faster and evens out imbalances that naturally exist in the body. The heart and mind are invited to join along this evolution and become more resilient and softer, peaceful and joyous, happy and balanced.
Inga Maria received one of her first initiations into yoga in 1992 in Greece and since this time she became dedicated to the path of yoga. Her beautiful yoga journey started with Sivananda, Ashtanga, Jiva Mukti & Iyengar Yoga 2003,where she studied several months a year in India.
In 2008, she got the first contact with Anusara yoga and found her passion and dedication in this wonderful style of Hatha Yoga.
With a high level of interest and dedication to Anusara, she completed several Immersion, Teacher Trainings and hundreds of workshops around the world.
Inga Maria brings a lighthearted dynamic energy to her classes that are the perfect blend of philosophy, therapeutics and insightful wisdom from her own life experiences both on and off the mat.
She blends the alchemy of her own practice with decades of studentship. She aspires not to teach but to allow the practice to emanate from her, letting awareness blend with breath & movement.
On the mat Inga Maria invites her students to generate their own transformation as an artistic expression of the heart and to find their own grace and playfulness through the practice of yoga.
