In her Yoga classes, she focuses on carrying out the postures precisely and in a conscious way. This leads to a better understanding of your own individual body and mind. You start to achieve a higher level of awareness, something that you can slowly bring into your everyday life.

Dynamic Hatha Yoga
The goal of my yoga practices is the equal improvement of both mental and physical states. It is a balance of the physical performance of asanas with spiritual practices – Finding yourself through performing combinations of asanas, with breathing exercises, meditation and mantras, combined with aromas, music and stones. For me, yoga is like a dance: creativity, self-expression. I heal and find myself through yoga and I want to share this experience with the others and help them, if they need it.
It is a uniquely integrated style of hatha yoga in which the artistic glory of the human heart blend magically with the scientific principle of biomechanics.Read more
Teaching Anusara Yoga with the Universal Principles of Alignment™:
The Universal Principles of Alignment (the UPA’s), a key part of all Anusara Yoga classes, help to deepen understanding and application of kinesiology and biomechanics and offer a powerful, simple and elegant way to weave metaphor and poetry into our embodied practice of Yoga.
The benefits of a regular Anusara practice:
When you practice with an intention and intelligent awareness of the body and mind, the groundwork is laid down to structurally shift and improve. A regular Anusara yoga practice makes the body stronger and more flexible, heals injuries faster and evens out imbalances that naturally exist in the body. The heart and mind are invited to join along this evolution and become more resilient and softer, peaceful and joyous, happy and balanced.
Inga Maria received one of her first initiations into yoga in 1992 in Greece and since this time she became dedicated to the path of yoga. Her beautiful yoga journey started with Sivananda, Ashtanga, Jiva Mukti & Iyengar Yoga 2003,where she studied several months a year in India.
In 2008, she got the first contact with Anusara yoga and found her passion and dedication in this wonderful style of Hatha Yoga.
With a high level of interest and dedication to Anusara, she completed several Immersion, Teacher Trainings and hundreds of workshops around the world.
Inga Maria brings a lighthearted dynamic energy to her classes that are the perfect blend of philosophy, therapeutics and insightful wisdom from her own life experiences both on and off the mat.
She blends the alchemy of her own practice with decades of studentship. She aspires not to teach but to allow the practice to emanate from her, letting awareness blend with breath & movement.
On the mat Inga Maria invites her students to generate their own transformation as an artistic expression of the heart and to find their own grace and playfulness through the practice of yoga.
