THE A-FRAME SURF & YOGA CAMP is based right next to our Yoga House. Open since 2005, we are here to create a unique Yoga and/or Surf-vacation for everyone who enjoys being active, eating well and being close to nature.
You can come alone, bring a friend or the whole family. 
We treat you with excellent healthy food and the view is always towards the ocean. Our cozy apartments give enough space for privacy while numerous communal areas invite you to meet and share experiences with other guests.

From September until June we have surf classes for all levels, as well as surf-guiding. Our courses are held in small groups and with coaches who put an emphasis on quality, safety and of course, fun.

Every day we offer open drop-in yoga classes for whenever your body needs it. Once a month, we have one-week yoga retreats as well as surf-yoga retreats. Here are our 2 most popular retreats, please note that the course language is German:

A-FRAME Yoga Retreat

One week of daily Yoga and Meditation. For anyone who wants to intensify or start their yoga-practice, disconnect and completely relax.

Your day starts with an energetic and strengthening yoga-class. Afterwards, breakfast is ready: fresh juices, homemade dips, bread, vegetables and fruits as well as cereal, nuts and seeds, coffee, ginger water and herbal teas. All this and more gives you enough energy for the day. During the day you have time to relax, explore the beautiful surroundings, go swimming or surf. A fresh lunch is served at midday. In the evening class we completely wind down with a restorative and body-opening sequence, breath-work and deep relaxation. We end the day with a healthy 3-course-dinner.

6 mornings: yoga and meditation (2 hours)
5 evenings: yoga and relaxation (1.5 hours)
1 afternoon: surf-class (optional)
7 breakfasts and lunches and 5 evening meals

A-FRAME Surf & Yoga Retreat

This one-week program combines the two disciplines in a way that they perfectly complement each other.

In the morning we start with an activating yoga-sequence to awaken the body. After class a fresh, energizing breakfast is waiting for you to fully prepare you for the subsequent surf-lesson. It´s time to jump into the ocean. Beginner, intermediate oradvanced – the groups are divided by levels, so everyone can practice at their own pace and ability. Coming out of the water, lunch is ready and then you have all afternoon to relax. In the evening we meet for a relaxing yoga-class, where we focus on opening and stretching the body as well as restorative poses to regain energy. The day ends with a healthy and filling 3-course-dinner.

5 mornings: active yoga (1.5 hours)
3 evenings: yoga and relaxation (1.5 hours)
5 classes: surfing including theory and video-analysis (2.5 hours)
7 breakfasts and lunches and 5 evening meals
7 nights of accommodation
